First call is a conversation, not a pitch

20 minutes. You talk about your firm. We listen, ask sharp questions, and tell you honestly whether we can help. If we can't, we'll say so on the call.

Pilot engagement (if there's a fit)

We don't ask firms to commit before they've seen the work. The first engagement is always a pilot — usually 10-25 returns, or 1-3 client books — so you can evaluate the quality firsthand.

Ongoing relationship (if the pilot delivers)

Same team that ran the pilot continues into the ongoing engagement. No handoffs. No new faces. No re-onboarding every season.

Do you work with firms of any size?
We work with firms ranging from solo CPAs to 40-person partnerships. The sweet spot is 5-25 person firms — but we adapt our engagement model to whatever scale fits.
No formal minimum. Pilot engagements can be as small as 5-10 returns or 1 client book. We’d rather start small and earn the larger engagement than push a large commitment upfront.
Onboarding takes 5-7 business days. The first pilot engagement is usually running within two weeks of contract signature.
Yes. We sign whatever paperwork your firm’s compliance process requires — NDAs, confidentiality agreements, professional services agreements, or your firm’s standard vendor terms. We’ve reviewed and signed every common variation.
For the first conversation and the engagement setup — yes. Once your firm is onboarded, you’ll work directly with the senior accountant assigned to your account. Hitesh remains available for escalations, complex review questions, and strategic discussions.
That’s fine. Plenty of firms reach out with a single question — about a complex return, about a software platform, about something we wrote in a Field Note. We answer honestly, regardless of whether it leads to an engagement.
